We invite applications from passionate students and early-career researchers in the fields of virology, immunology, and related biomedical sciences. Join us in Tinos for an immersive scientific experience!

​Application Deadline
  • Applications must be submitted by August 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EEST)
  • Only complete applications will be considered
  • Late submissions will not be reviewed

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
       – Up to 1 page
  2. Letter of interest
       – Up to 500 words outlining your motivation, research interests, and academic goals

Target Audience
The Tinos Immunovirology Masterclass is open to early-career researchers with a strong interest in immunovirology and related fields. We invite applications from:
  • Undergraduate students
  • Master’s students
  • PhD candidates
  • Postdoctoral researchers
Applicants should be pursuing or have completed studies in areas such as Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Virology, Biomedical Sciences, or Biotechnology.

Financial Support
A total of 30 participants will be selected based on academic excellence.
Covered expenses for selected participants:
  • Hotel accommodation (with breakfast and lunch)
  • Group recreation and cultural activities in Tinos
Note: Travel (flight/ferry) is not included and must be arranged independently by participants.

Application Review Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on:
  • Academic performance and achievements
  • Awards or honors demonstrating excellence
  • Publications (for graduate/postgraduate applicants)
  • Quality and clarity of the personal statement
  • Leadership or service through extracurricular activities (considered minorly)
